Solira Technologies Inc. ("Solira," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our customers and their creator rosters.

Agencies trust Solira with commercially sensitive information about their businesses and talent. We take that responsibility seriously. Our goal is to use information only as needed to provide and improve Solira, protect it with safeguards designed to preserve its security and confidentiality, and give customers control over when their nonpublic information is shared.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you when you visit our website, use Solira, purchase a subscription, or communicate with us.

Our Privacy Commitments

You control when your data is shared with brands and partners. We do not disclose nonpublic Agency Data to brands, other customers, or prospective commercial partners unless the Agency directs or authorizes us to do so, including by opting into an applicable sharing or casting feature. We may otherwise disclose information as described in this Privacy Policy, including to service providers and where necessary for legal, security, or corporate transaction purposes.

We do not sell your data. We do not sell your personal information or nonpublic Agency Data to anyone.

We do not use nonpublic Agency Data to train AI models for other customers. We may process Agency Data to provide Solira and improve results for that Agency.

We use service providers to operate Solira. We work with providers that help us host, operate, secure, analyze, support, and process payments for the service.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Account and Business Information

Names, business contact information, company or agency information, account information, preferences, communications with Solira, and support requests.

Subscription and Payment Information

Billing contact information, subscription details, billing history, transaction status, and related payment information.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Solira does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Agency Data

Nonpublic information customers provide about their businesses and creator rosters, such as roster information, notes, rates, contact information, campaign information, client information, uploaded materials, and other information selected by the customer.

Public Creator Information

Publicly available creator profile information, social-media content, audience and engagement information, and related public information.

Generated Information

Information and insights generated by Solira from public creator information and customer-provided information.

Usage and Technical Information

Device, browser, usage, analytics, security, and diagnostic information relating to use of our website and service.

Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from public sources, social-media platforms, service providers, customers, creators, and other third parties.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • create and administer accounts;
  • provide, maintain, support, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the functionality and results delivered through Solira, consistent with the commitments described in this Policy;
  • process creator rosters and analyze public creator information;
  • generate search results, recommendations, and other insights;
  • manage subscriptions and payments;
  • communicate with customers;
  • diagnose technical issues and maintain security;
  • detect fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access;
  • develop and evaluate product features;
  • enforce our Terms of Service;
  • comply with law and protect our rights; and
  • create aggregated or deidentified analytics.

3. Artificial Intelligence

Solira uses artificial intelligence and other automated technologies to provide analysis, search, recommendations, and related features.

We may use service providers to support these functions.

We do not use nonpublic Agency Data to train AI models for the benefit of other customers.

AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, operate, secure, analyze, support, and process payments for Solira.

We may also share information:

  • within an Agency account with users authorized by that Agency;
  • when a customer directs us to share information or uses a sharing, export, integration, invitation, or visibility feature;
  • through Solira Castings when an Agency chooses to participate;
  • where required by law or legal process;
  • where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or harm;
  • to enforce agreements or protect legal rights; or
  • in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections where applicable.

We do not disclose an Agency's nonpublic roster information to brands or other prospective commercial partners unless the Agency directs or authorizes the disclosure, including by opting into Solira Castings.

5. Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through Solira.

No online service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting their credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Solira, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect our rights.

Customers may request deletion by contacting us, subject to applicable legal and operational exceptions.

We may retain aggregated or deidentified information.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We and our providers may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate Solira, remember preferences, understand usage, diagnose technical issues, maintain security, measure performance, and improve the user experience.

You may be able to block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of Solira may not function properly if certain cookies are disabled.

7. Privacy Requests

To submit a privacy-related request, contact hey@getsolira.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

Solira may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, and services. This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of those third parties.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain additional consent.
